Armed with a diploma in building construction and a contractor’s license in NSW, Tim combines formal qualifications with extensive hands-on experience. His early career in finance, supported by a bachelor’s degree in international business, saw him working with the Big Four firms, where he honed his skills in project financing and economic strategy. This unique blend of financial insight and construction knowledge enables Tim to deliver exceptional value and precision in every endeavor.
Tim has successfully overseen projects exceeding $80 million in value, encompassing civil lot subdivisions, townhouses, duplexes, single dwellings, and student accommodations. His extensive experience is complemented by a deep understanding of innovative, sustainable building materials, particularly cross-laminated timber (CLT), where mass timber plays a pivotal role in construction.
